I've been calling customer service since 8;30 this morning have and have gotten no results. My reason is this... Dorothy Tulchnisky passed away several months ago . There is a package of liquid drinks . My problem is what do I do about it. Will someone come and pick it up or do I toss it? Please let me know as soon as possible

Tired of their terrible care EVERY TIME my son needs a reorder of supplies for Type 1 Diabetes

One star is too many. Unfortunately due to insurance, we have been stuck with them for years. They always goof up the insurance. They continually mess up my son's life giving support for his Type 1 Diabetes. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I rarely, rarely write a review and am not someone who publicly likes to say something so harsh, but it must be said. I have had enough. Right now because of Byram being such an epic fail, my poor son is under so much stress and without his supplies. If you can avoid Byram, do so. They are just a wretchedly awful company.A

Absolute worst - lie and lie

Byrum is the absolute worst health care provider I have every dealt with in my 72 years. They lie and make excuses time after time. Had an order pending for nearly 30 days and they used ever excuse in the book and more. Lied about my physician and abruptly canceled the order. Order for supplies was placed well in advance so that I would not run out of G7 sensors. Well, I have been out of sensors now for over two weeks. I am now in the process of finding a reliable supplier which means all the hassle of getting medical records, etc.Absolute

My daughter needs colostomy supplies and they have yet to get them to my home without some stupid issue that they promise every month is fixed!!! Colostomy supplie are not something you can improvise or just go get at least where we live. So freaking tired of worrying and finding other ways to get her supplies!!!

ordered supplies. Have confirmation number. Never received. Customer service said hold on account but can not tell me why. Can't speak to supervisor, too busy. they will send email. Apparently no one ever did. Need my CGM yesterday not five days from now if anyone "fixed" account. Sadly there are not many approved providers. Look for someone else. This company has bad attitude and does not care.

The online order form is terrible

The online order form does not allow people to complete the order smoothly. The design of the mybyram ordering website is terrible that it's several decades behind the times.

It gives me a big headache every time Ordering online .

I was clearly logged in, but after clicking to order, it directed me to another page and asked me to re-create an account. Then it said that the account already existed and I had to log in again. This happens over and over again, I can't get to the ordering page. It took me at least an hour to finally get to the order page.

But I couldn't find the items that I ordered before!

And there was no options to chose other items. What kind of garbage website design is this! It caused great trouble to the orderer!

What do you guys do every day? Technology is developing every day, but your web haven't improved at all!

Terribly disappointed in the Byram Health Care and will be looking for a new supplier. They wouldn’t fill my daughter’s diabetic supplies.

Trying to make us pay a bill when they need to work with the insurance company if they dispute what’s paid. So refused to ship. I had to get the insurance company on the line with an agent only for my insurance to tell them then same thing I did. They are scamming people.

Now a week after straightening that out and waiting for the supplies I just now on a Friday evening get a text that they need to contact the medical provider. She will run out of supplies!

Customer Service Does Not Exist

My daughter called weeks ago to refill Dexcom items and has yet to receive her order. She called last Thursday 11/2 and was told that the order was placed for future deliver.

After explaining the right NOW need she was told shed have her items Friday 11/3 no later than Monday, 11/6. Having not received the order, I called to check delivery status to get a nonchalant answer that the item was shipping today and should be received in 2-5 business days! Asked about the call that was made on Thursday, 11/2 and of course there were no notes.

Armed with the ability to overwhelm me with EXCELLENT customer they didnt, still that nonchalant attitude.

When I requested to speak with a supervisor, that will take a day or two. I can only imagine that the Supervisors are extremely busy because their customer service absolutely SUCKS!!

My order was placed, email confirmation said it was shipped on Mon. No product arrived. I confirmed with the phone recording bc I could get anyone on the phone, and it said it was shipped and should arrive 2-4 days. Thursday nothing, Friday nothing. My sensor for my cgm is done and I have no supplies as a type one diabetic w an insulin pump. Thank you for *** service and an inability to communicate w your clients

I have tried to pay a bill from July and noone will transfer me to the billing dept. They say they can help, but that has not happened. Also new phone reps are ESL individuals and are very hard to understand. Almost makes it impossible to place a phone order.

In hospital because of byram!

I'm writing this from a hospital room, because they sent me the wrong equipment TWICE. It's life saving equipment, literally. And, I can't LEAVE the hospital until I get said equipment. Then, they argued on the phone claiming they DID send it. I explained the invoice does NOT match the product inside, they still argued and said "well this time we'll send another" as if they're doing me a favor. Thanks, byram. Want to pay my medical bills, byram?

Yes they claim Ostomy Nurse sent in order- what I got was "Precut" and to big to use and I never have ordered precut. Non returnable after 12 days policy- when I had Home health nurse coming weekly and ordered- these showed up and we thought it was from the agency order and didn't even know who Byram was until I got the bill almost two months after. So I do not trust Hospital who opened account with Byram without telling me and Byram telling me that they can't say who ordered because of HIPPA

I need my incontinent supplies

August 31 /23 called for my order called again September 4 than September 7 than September 8th. Each time they said my order came. First on the 5th than on the 6th than on the 7th. Nothing has come. So on the 8th at 8:15a.m. I called to complain about not receiving my supplies and talked to a girl named Linda. So she said that they would send out a reorder and I would get them on Saturday the 9th and I would have to sign for them. Well nothing I got. I'm tired of your employees lies.

Poor customer service

Contacted customer service online to ask about an email saying paperwork was needed for my order. The person stated an updated Rx was needed for some supplies.

I asked for a copy of my Rx's so I could know what I was approved for and to not order items every month if they weren't approved for that amount. She told me to get the info from the prescribing doctor. When I asked why Byram wouldn't provide a copy of my Rx's, she said good day and ended the chat.

I called customer service twice and left a message each time (the phone reps were great; polite and took my info), asking for a supervisor to call regarding this. I never received a call back.

TL;DR: Told me my cost for an order would be in the scale of hundreds of dollars and today I open a bill for multiple *thousands* of dollars with absolutely zero contact or communication between the conversation and the bill. It's incompetence or it's malicious. I'm not yet sure of which, but based on my experience not being an isolated incident (reading other peoples' reviews) I refuse to believe that this is just a random error or "mistake" because it's not an accident when you know it's happening to so many people every day!
